Kan elevates IT into a fundamental business pillar, ensuring robust solutions and stellar security. Disenchanted by being a customer of multiple IT managed services that lacked flexibility and a genuine customer-first approach, Kan was inspired to launch an IT managed service platform that flips the script, delivering IT systems that are reliable enablers of growth.

Emma brings over 20 years of experience in operations, logistics, and entrepreneurship to Avensys Tech. Beginning her career in logistics and shipping, she later established and managed her own export business. Her role on the board infuses Avensys Tech with invaluable insights from outside the tech industry, ensuring our IT solutions are pragmatic and effective. 

With a strong financial background gained in international companies and a Big 4 accountancy firm, John has a proven track record of accelerating finance and infrastructure within global professional services businesses. His expertise encompasses cross-border team management, M&A transactions, audit, budgeting, forecasting, and all aspects of financial accounting. John is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and he holds a Chemical Engineering BEng degree from the University of Leeds.

With 2 decades of recruitment marketing under her belt, Lauren is a commercially astute, strategic, board-level marketer with multi-channel experience (both B2B and B2C) and is motivated by the opportunity to support businesses transform. Within global and SME businesses and across brand, digital, social media, customer and employee engagement and SEO, Lauren has a proven track record of developing, nurturing and leading high-performance teams and aligning value-add marketing with business strategies to boost recruitment brands and give them the competitive edge.
