Use this checklist to gather all necessary information before issuing an RFQ for IT support services. It is tailored for a small business with Microsoft 365 in a hybrid work environment (no on-premises servers). Each section contains questions to ask team members or stakeholders. Select the appropriate yes/no or multiple-choice option, or provide a short answer as indicated. Delete items that are not relevant to your business (e.g. if you work from serviced offices then firewalls, VPNs and networking may be out of scope) Example answers are provided in italics to guide you in filling out the checklist.
